The hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable king-size beds, but the bathrooms are old and not as advertised on the website. The service is friendly and helpful, although there was an incident of mistakenly throwing away prescribed medicine. My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and on the 10th floor overlooking the pool, which was just marvelous. The service was top-notch, especially from Mr Samy, Mohan, and Miss Mel on the night shift. The location is ideal, right at the start of Orchard Road, close to MRT and ION Orchard. The dining experience was good, with a nice selection for breakfast. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel is situated at the top end of Orchard Road, accessible to everything, and reflected the fact that our reservation was made through a booking agency. The staff were fantastic, very professional, and assisted us with our belongings. However, the room facing was poor, needing better soundproofing, and the in-room dining, though OK, could offer more choices for breakfast. The location is great and perfect for refreshing after city walks, being on the main shopping road in Singapore with easy access to taxis.

I stayed in a superior room on the 8th floor, and it was very big and spacious, right on Orchard Road. The rooms seemed to be newly renovated, which was a nice touch. However, having to share the table with other guests was not acceptable for this category of Hotel.
